The Press
The Constitutional Centre Press is an independent international publishing imprint dedicated to constitutional thought, public law, private law, philosophy of law, legal theory, international law, and the critical study of the State and Society.
Founded on an enduring commitment to academic rigor, editorial integrity, and intellectual autonomy, the Press acts to promote constitutionalism as a plural, dynamic, and constantly evolving field. Our publications aim to stimulate dialogue among different jurisdictions, legal traditions, and interdisciplinary approaches, contributing to the qualified advancement of contemporary legal and political debate.
We publish monographs, edited volumes, and academic works that broaden theoretical debate, question established narratives, and address contemporary issues with rigor and clarity. We believe that constitutionalism is strengthened when ideas circulate beyond borders, traditions, and disciplines.
Operating internationally with headquarters in São Paulo (Brazil) and London (United Kingdom), The Constitutional Centre Press upholds high editorial standards, ethical publication practices, and strategies for broad academic dissemination. Its institutional mission is to foster the global circulation of legally relevant ideas, strengthening research, teaching, and qualified public debate.
